Husqvarna Construction seeks an experienced and driven Digital Marketer and Analyst to the Global Marketing Communication Team. You will be responsible for developing and analysing our online marketing strategy, leading projects to scale awareness, create an infrastructure for lead generation and drive continuous growth. All important steps on our exciting journey towards an excellent customer experience online. 

You will collaborate closely with the team, the markets and agencies to develop and implement our online marketing activities across all digital channels. To be successful in this role we strongly believe you have a deep understanding of the digital eco-system and customer behaviours, how to turn technology into opportunity and can help raise the knowledge around these topics within the organisation. You are a true team player with a strategic and analytical mind-set with a broad experience in planning and executing digital marketing. You have a drive and a strong business acumen.

Main tasks: 

  • Leads strategic thinking across online marketing activities.
  • Create an infrastructure for lead generation, inbound marketing and automation. 
  • Plan, execute and analyse all digital marketing (both paid and non-paid), including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Support and coach our sales companies in regional/local digital marketing and activation
  • Support budget optimization and KPI:s across all digital channels.
  • Explore opportunities of growth through new media channels.
  • Understand customer behavior and marketing performance, conducting A/B split testing, analyzing data to optimize campaigns. 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives against pre-set goals (ROI and KPI:s).
  • Build a digital marketing roadmap and evaluate potential new channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency to design, develop and implement digital projects.

  • Excellent communication skills & good team player.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.

 Education, experience and knowledge: 

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, e.g. Berghs School of Communication or Hyper Island.
  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in digital marketing (SEM, display, social media ads), preferably with global brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing (campaign planning, reporting and optimization).
  • Technical understanding of paid search, shopping and other best practices in other paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
  • Experience in e-commerce from business-to-business is an advantage.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.


You will report to the Marketing Communication Director. The position is based in Jonsered just outside Gothenburg.
